When NTLite loads a preset on an image, it will silently ignore changes which cannot be applied for that image. This allows the same preset to be partially re-used on a different Windows edition, or even a different Windows release.
You won't get any visible indication that NTLite has dropped changes it cannot use. But you can save the current session under a new preset, and compare the two files.
LTSC editions are always supported by NTLite.
