Cannot get to Ethernet properties, "An unexpected error occurred"

Cannot get to ethernet properties, left all the network config unchanged.

Here is the preset that i have used.

When i try to access the ethernet properties i get "an unexpected error occurred".

Ok so did a bit of digging on the net, turns out that by add as user it make that user have limited right, so i turned on the administrator account.
I am now able to change setting of my network et.
