clear startmenu tiles tweak

Interesting, will put it together with the import/export start layout task, still haven't decided is that a priority with so many things on the plate.

Is there a way other than using Open Shell, to get rid of the 'alphabet' entries in the Start menu? IOW's just folders & shortcuts with no letter designation?
