Components needed to preserve Win 11 DNS over HTTPS (DoH) function

Keep at least the red marked ones in NTL Network section and other components you need to suit your needs.
Drivers belonging to removed components will be removed too with NTL - so it's all save.
As for services i would't care as it'sn interphere with speed or footprint of install image with 10/ 11.
