Customize Win 10 boot logo

Is there any way to put a custom boot logo in Windows 10 source ISO instead of Windows 10 default boot logo? So that whenever I use that ISO to install Windows in any system, the custom boot logo automatically applied? Via NTL or any other method?

I know how to change existing /instaled Win Boot logo via the HackBGRT But here that's not what am asking or looking. I am rather looking for a more permanent solution like editing the main bootres.dll File in the Win ISO itself so that every installation via that ISO, show my custom boot logo on every device since the first boot.

I already mentioned that in the OP, but it seems you didn't understand that so here I described more precisely.

P.S; already got how to EDIT that (bootres.dll) in a non UEFI (legacy based bios) to make that logo change permanent, but didn't get anything for UEFI secure boot based bios. If anyone knows anything useful, can post here or PM.
 
I'm interested in this as well, but looks to be difficult. I've read somewhere that even modifying bootres.dll (actually signing) doesn't work on LTSC and later versions.

I tried that (bootres.dll) editing in my UEFI Win10 20h2 Pro, even though I performed everything successfully, not succeeded i.e. logo didn't change. I posted here this so that anyone can answer this properly, now, or in future.
 
Unfortunately, I don't. This is short explanation from HackBGRT page:
When booting on a UEFI-based computer, Windows may show a vendor-defined logo which is stored on the UEFI firmware in a section called Boot Graphics Resource Table (BGRT). It's usually very difficult to change the image permanently, but a custom UEFI application may be used to overwrite it during the boot. HackBGRT does exactly that.

What I understood, with UEFI boot, if there's no vendor-defined logo (for example Dell, or something similar), bootres.dll will be used. If there's vendor-defined logo, then only option is boot-time change. But even this doesn't work sometimes, if there are two BGRT entries.
