Data usage screen broken

Hi,

The "Settings -> Network & Internet -> Status -> Data Usage" page is broken (see attached screen). I did not removed "Data Usage Service" component so seems like something else I've removed breaks it.
I can try to narrow it down but it will take a while so maybe someone have idea/clue which of the removed components could be related? Preset XML attached. I am using NTLite 2.3.2.8526 64bit (and prerelease version of 8561) with Win10 21H2 ISO.

i don't have iso right now since tommorrow is update day. u can narrow it down in max 3-4 tries.

It's the Diagnostics component, tried splitting the needed parts, but it grew, so consider the whole component needed.
Moved Data Usage Service under Diagnostics for clarity in the next version.
