dbgeng.dll was not found error

Hello,

I'm getting the following error with a few softwares:

I think it is related to the removal of the following component:

<c>dbgeng 'Windows Symbolic Debugger Engine'</c>

What do you think?

My preset is attached.

Sure, good news is that you can extract that file from a full image .\Sources\install.wim with 7-zip and similar.
Extract [Archive]Windows\System32\dbgeng.dll to the Desktop, then move it via Explorer to your C:\Windows\System32\dbgeng.dll
Repeat the same if those are 32-bit apps, just replace System32 with SysWow64, on both sides (important).

Btw it's recommended to start with red components kept. Simply enable Recommended compatibility option (Components toolbar) next time after loading the preset.

Thank you for the reply, it worked after adding dbgeng.dll + DbgModel.dll.
