Default desktop icon layout

Hello everyone, when creating my install.wim and my windows 10 or 11 iso, the icons on the desktop are always in vertical position on the left.
How to change the default icon layout in install.wim.
I would like to have my icons in horizontal position at the top of the screen.
A modification with a .reg must exist?

Windows will only place desktop icons in the vertical direction.

I don't know of any 3rd-party UI mod that will handle horizontal rows, other than StarDock's Fences. But Fences works as an icon group floating on top of the normal desktop, and isn't the same thing. Unfortunately, you are stuck with manual layouts.
