Deleting drivers that Windows comes with and integrate ones that my machines uses

Probably, but I experimented with updating the realtek 2.5g drivers, whilst keeping the old one's and windows does automatically use the new one, so removing the old would just be for tidying up.
I did it as the stock realtek drivers are nasty, they cause the actual chip on the board to freeze up, any OS will then not even see the hardware, windows thinks its physically disconnected (which is impossible for soldered onboard), and a reboot or shutdown wont fix it, I actually have to remove all PSU power for several seconds until RGB goes out so no creep power is left on the board to unfreeze the chip, really nasty drivers which are still stock distributed.

Yes you can,
For example, I remove all the network drivers and integrate the ones for my specific PC.
However, this has to be done for each PC with a different configuration (you can't use the same ISO for PCs with different configurations).

garlin has an execellent thread about "automated driver installs with pnp unattend" - driver packs for different machines.
It's important to only remove drivers for physical HW devices, but be careful about removing virtual devices which Windows uses.
The drawback of removing "everything" is sometimes you will add a new USB or Bluetooth device, and nothing works because all the default drivers are gone from the DriverStore. Your results will vary.
