Hi!
My company recently bought NTlite buisness license for me and I tried to prepare ISO with all the changes we require. However when I wanted to test installation disk in Hyper-V I get error (Recovery, your PC/Device needs to be repaired). File: \windows\System32\drivers\ADP80XX.SYS, error code 0xc0000098 . There are no other bootable devices in the VM. I want to see what's the problem, what option I enabled is cousing this, but I don't see any logs or anything. Could you point me in the right direction?

Hi,

if you're removing adp80xx.inf driver/component (PMC-Sierra Adaptec SAS/SATA adapter), then start fresh and don't remove that one.
Also enable HyperV compatibility in Components - toolbar - Compatibility machine list. It's not a 100% guarantee as it depends on versions and what the user selected for hardware.

If it still fails, please attach the preset stripped of private data (or send it to support email) and I'll test it on my side.

Also make sure the non-edited ISO can boot in the same machine.

And more importantly, check if there is such a sys file in the integrated drivers, and skip it next time when starting from a fresh ISO.

If that ends up to be an issue, send me a link to that integrated driver and I'll see what to do about the fact it's already in Windows and you probably want an updated version integrated and why that would cause a problem - could be it's not for this Windows version for example.
