In the previous NTLite versions i used the setting "Disable Animations effects". This has worked well (W11 25H2) and the slider withing Windows -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Animations effects was off after the 2nd login.
I think it is this one -> <Tweak name="WindowMetrics\MinAnimate">0</Tweak>

With the recent NTLite version and the new group setting "Visual Effects - System" this setting from my template adjusted the slider "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing".
But in Windows (W11 26H2) the slider don't get turned off anymore even after 5th login.
In the preset <Tweak name="WindowMetrics\MinAnimate">0</Tweak> is still there.
In the final Windows the regkey "HKCU\ControlPanel\Desktop\WindowsMetrics\MinAnimate=0" does exist as well.

This can be reproduced. I don't think it's related due 25H2 <-> 26H2 as the core is the same but i haven't tested it.

Found the issue after comparing old image with new image:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"UserPreferencesMask"=hex(3):90,12,07,80,10,00,00,00

This settings isn't populated anymore with the current NTLite version. HKCU\ControlPanel\Desktop\WindowsMetrics\MinAnimate=0 isn't enough to disable the animation effects slider

Thank you for the report, uploading a fix tomorrow:
- The old "Disable Animation effects" line also turned off the Windows Settings "Animation effects" slider; old preset now drives all 7 rows behind that slider automatically.
- The dropdown will have a one-click "Animation effects off".
- until new version turning off "Animate controls and elements inside windows" switches the slider off
