Unlike drivers, updates cannot be exported from a host or image. You can download update packages using NTLite's Updates downloader or from the Microsoft Updates Catalog website.
For W10/11, it's usually the latest Monthly Update for Windows and whatever version(s) of .NET you're using. All other updates are optional.
Unless they were downloaded/installed by Windows Update on the host machine then the updates cab files will be in the Software Distribution folder which you then drag into NTLite.
