Another advice if not using WM you can probably find space in one of your partitions and make free space here for testing your NTLited builds before working install broke.
And for latter it's meant to be a folder with regkeys to import and not regedit which your pic show.

Returning to the topic, I added to the image (Host Refresh) what you said, and it solved the DISM problem!, but the ctfmon error keeps appearing at boot, from time to time. I don't know what could it be...

Start over. Be aware latest pre 24H2 is still a mess even SFC problem is solved.
Patience is your friend.
Nobody insane touch 24H2 with all the problems present at the moment.
