DISM /RestoreHealth shows corruption after creating image

If I create a Windows 11 WIM with NTLite and apply it with SCCM, then run DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH on it at the end of a Task Sequence, it shows over 1000 items repaired, all of type CSI FileFlags.

Is this normal behaviour or something to be concerned by?

What changes were made to the image? Only updates, or did you have component removals?

Added, 14 language packs, .NET 3.5, checkpoint CU, LCU, .NET CU, using Resetbase deferred.
Removed, 11 Windows Store apps
