Divide AMD/Intel processor drivers for removal

Hi!

Is it possible to select AMD/Intel processor drivers for removing AMD drivers for Intel and conversely?

Why do you need to remove them? CPU drivers don't take up much space, and Windows only loads HW drivers into memory when it detects the matching vendor ID's. It's not like an AMD-based system has Intel drivers floating in the kernel.

The monthly update CU includes the AMD & Intel CPU driver files (because they provide fixes to MS), so it's pointless to keep removing them.
 
To put it simply, Intel and AMD are in the same driver, it is not possible to delete one and keep the other
Only 1 driver (cpu.inf) for Intel and AMD
The indications under the driver indicate which "device" this driver is for
