Hello,

I'm new to NTLITE and was wondering if this is a document that explains each of the options you can turn on/off and what impact it will have to you ISO

So for example ReadyBoot what does that do , hoping a document exists to assist with determining what to turn on/off and the impacts

NTLite is mostly written for users who have some idea of what they want to modify, and their reasons for doing it. What choices are displayed will usually match the options you see on the System Settings, Security Center, or Explorer settings control panels.

There are too many settings to explain each one. Do your own online research on subjects like ReadyBoost, or try enabling/disabling it on a live system to see what benefits or disadvantages it provides. Only after some self-testing, you will be ready to decide whether your image should include this change.

ReadyBoost is a performance speedup where Windows caches recent disk data on a SSD drive, when you also have non-SSD drives. Frequently used data from the slow drives will be mirrored on the SSD. While faster, it decreases the SSD lifetime with additional writes, which is a consideration if you have an older generation flash drive. And you're giving up extra SSD disk space while it's running.
