But if this component is not enabled: Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) 4, Driver Easy - does not work!

I looked at many builds Windows where the WCF 4 component is removed, but the program Driver Easy works!
Why does the Driver Easy start with an error and not work when you delete this component in the NTLite?

I wrote to the developers of the Driver Easy, they removed the dependency on the WCF 4 in the new version 7.1.0, now everything works!
