It seems that a new updated iso with the same name was made available on the Microsoft website, in NTlite I selected cumulative update, but it does not queue it, I believe it is already included in this iso. but Dynamic Update for Windows was included. Do I need to include this if I'm not going to integrate any updates? I will only integrate a ps1 keyboard script.

Dynamic Update is entirely optional, and not necessary if you're making a fully updated image right before install. DU updates the WinPE Setup files to help search for, and install any newer LCU's missing from your install image.
If you don't have DU, the worse case is WU reporting that you need to install the latest LCU because your image is behind on updates.

I could be wrong, but as far as I know KB5033205 is only used to integrate cumulative updates.Are you saying DU isn't queued? Or KB5033205 isn't listed after being applied? DU is installed as a simple file extract to the ISO folder, it's not a formal update which shows up anywhere.
In my case I will remove Windows elements and add a script for the keyboard. In this case, do I need to include KB5033205 to create the Iso?
You're wrong. KB5033205 DU has nothing to do with integrating CU's, it only looks for NEWER ones at install time.
Your source image 22631.2861 is already updated to Dec 2023, and doesn't need KB5033375.
