Editing an image (adding drivers and other software)

Hi All,
I have been searching all over the site but couldn't find an answer.
Maybe I am using the wrong terminology in my searches!

I have a created an ISO with unattended, which works well.
However, I want to make modifications such as adding drivers and other software.

I cannot find a guide on to make modifications.
Is it actually possible to do or do I need to start from scrtach?
 
Drivers and Post-Setup installation of apps can be applied to any image, including already edited ISO's. You don't need to start from scratch.
Honestly, we have a number of guides and numerous threads covering both topics.
