Editing Windows Features list

I have figuered out, how to remove Windows features payloads, but removed features still remain in Windows features list. Trying to install them will result an error that feature files are not present. So the question is, how to also edit features list?

I don't believe NTLite supports unlisting any of the Features from the Control Panel.
It's probably done for Servicing compatibility reasons, as I have seen non-NTLite users brag about trimming the list.
