There is a bug where the wrong edition of Windows is removed. I've noticed it since several months ago, but didn't report it. It didn't used to do this though. Not sure how many way there are to reproduce this, but the attached preset will do it will do it as of version 2025.10.10631:
Load Windows 11 25H2 Pro
Remove all non-essential editions except for Home and Pro
Only Home edition remains at the end
