Error: 1392 The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

I am trying to create a simple, sized down Windows 11 home ISO.
I keep getting this message when almost done with the whole proccess (last step), so no ISO is created:

Aborted (1392) the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

How do i resolve this?
Running latest NTlite and updated windows 11.

Try disabling your anti-virus protection.

Also what helps to diagnose is %temp%\ntlite.log file at the moment of the issue.
