When you include more than one flavor of Win 10 Home, Home or Pro, you get the following error...
View attachment 11602
It does not give this error if you just do a single flavor but only if you do:
Home Core & Home SL
Home Core & Pro
Home SL & Pro
etc
I tried killing Norton, but it did not make a difference.
The end result is that the AV is not updated in the resulting ISO
Please Advise,

I suspect it's Norton, even though you've disabled it. Try adding NTLite.exe to Norton's exclusion list for real-time scanning.

Another test is run the same preset, but remove the Defender updates as a way to identify the problem's source. The issue could be file content is being blocked, since NTLite is simply copying files around.

I added the exclusions to Norton and same results
The error only seems to be occurring on KB2267602
I have attached the test with only that update
Cordially,

I don't see anything obvious in your latest files, except unrelated errors for DesktopAppInstaller.
This is a +nuhi problem.
