Thanks, but cannot replicate, your preset passed in my test.

Please try mounting/loading that WinRE directly from the Image page.
To see it on the list, load Install.wim edition first, then under it it will appear.
Press New Session in the toolbar and double-click WinRE.

Of course try once to unload all, reboot and create new edit from the original ISO.

Does it load then?
If not, and you're 100% certain that image is not corrupted, can you upload it for me to test exact same one?

Sorry for late respond. I'm sick so my brain is not in optimal state
I'm just curious why my way doesn't work as previous months. Everything I did the same: stock original MS iso and preset with current update.
I will try with older versions of NTLite just to check it.
 
What is my way? You mean WinRE image is loadable, but not when done in Apply - Reapply other editions?
 
Exactly.
When I load install.wim and select for example Home edition and check in Apply - Reapply to other editions it shows error from title.
When I load install.wim, load (for example) Home edition then WinRE apperas. Starting New session and mount WinRE,
Then load Home again and then WinRE responds normally when select Reapply to other edition setting.
