that looks like to me its already installed on your machine. i dont think you can uninstall an update thats already on your OS through ntlite

and i have piles.
Permanent means permanent. you cannot remove it, you are asking the tool to do that which is impossible.
the error code for this is "pebkac".

Windows updates some are permanent by design, like servicing stack, or if you clean update backup of old versions, then the current ones are permanent.
