Error [5] Access is denied. "Recall"

I'm trying to remove "Recall" in the "Updates" tab, right pannel. It opens a popup and says : Error [5] Access is denied. "Recall"

Is this normal or a bug ? Is it solvable ?

You can't really remove everything from the installed Updates tab. Some of that is for information. If you like to remove Recall, do that from the Components screen (Client.CBS.AIX and some other packages, depending on your W11 CU version).
