Error after removal

After using the attached preset, I get the followig error upon restart:

Additioally,

  1. After running, when it says "reboot required" it just freezes and I have to to do a forced shutdown of the VM.
  2. The language switcher in the system tray is still there, even though I've removed all other laguages:

  3. It does not stop the annoying "We've installed an update..." crap.
Any help?

The log file is in "log.zip." It was too large to upload otherwise.

NTL is now 2.1.0.7845 and there has been a significant amount of updates since 2.0.0.7760.
Some ideas
1) Task Scheduler seems to be a recommended componet to keep
2) It dosn't look like you've removed Japanese and Korean in both language and keyboard layout
3) In Settings > System > Use my sign in info to automatically finishing setting up my device : Set to Disabled
