Thank you! As soon as I do it, I'll let you know if everything went well.
I'm using the latest version of NTLite 2024.11.10169 and the errors regarding "already existing file" have apparently been resolved. Dism was resolved in parts, as Dism does not run on recovery images such as: "Windows PE (amd64)", "Microsoft Windows Recovery Environment (amd64)" and "Microsoft Windows Setup (amd64)"Uploaded a new version, please let me know if you have any remaining issues.

In ISO 24H2 however it still appears.View attachment 13007
Now this notice message appears, but it doesn't interfere with the creation of the image because it asks for a retry and so the image editing process continues normally.
I restarted the computer twice, cleaned the temporary folders, and made sure that the DISM process was not running in the Windows task center, but the warning message still appears.
Here is the warning message that appears with the title: "Retry"
"Failed to unload registry.
Make sure that the registry branches are not open in another tool and then try again.
e.g. DISM Host Servicing Process"
It appears as soon as you start integrating updates.
