Error integrating updates into recovery images

KB5048685 is the Dec 2024 Monthly CU. You don't need to integrate it into WinPE, WinPE (Setup) or WinRE.
Uncheck all of the Integrate - Updates boxes under Reapply tasks across all editions.

- WinPE is provided as a base image to IT pro's for customizing their own WinPE install environments and tools.
- WinPE (Setup) is only used for a short period of time before Setup reboots into normal Windows.
- WinRE is normally patched from the Monthly CU's getting applied. For the typical user, there is no need to patch it.
- If you have multiple editions (Home, Pro, EDU, Enterprise), then it makes sense to check the Integrate - Updates boxes for them.
