Error: ShellExecuteEx failed; code 8235

Hey,

First of all, to link to my previous post about Downloaderror – 0x80248007, I can say it has been solved by going back to a system restore point and enabling your suggestions, thanks for that!

However, I am very very close to completing my desired *extreme* debloated windows 11 23H2 system, which I will also upload for any enthusiast to use by his choice!

Right now, I have 2 main struggles, which I hope again to fix with your guys help hopefully:

I would like those here, to work: (see 1. image attached/inserted)

and also whenever I want to open an .exe with some sort of remote/server relation, I get this error (2.image attached; ShellExecuteEX failed 8235)





I would be ultra thankful if you could guide me via my updated preset, what removed component or changed setting could cause such issues.

BTW: The 1. image says: "Error with trouble shooting tool. The trouble-shooting tool can not be started due to a problem."
Errorcode: 0x80070002

The german text in 2. image says: "A reference value was sent back from the server"


EDIT: I tested them in "Safe mode" and over there it works, you can perfectly install them and execute those .exe files but not in normal mode, I wonder what component did that, I actually used my same preset which did not have this dilema.. and it worked before...
