Error when turn some Windows feature on

Hi,
i get this error when try to turn on some windows feature to on, ex. internet explorer etc (win10pro 1703)
preset same as here https://www.ntlite.com/community/index.php?threads/create-a-new-account-on-win10-1709.235/#post-2142
anyone know what causing it?

same problem with windows 10 1607 ltsb with latest update (14393.2430)
iam attach my preset.
