"Existing item" when it isnt

I tried to update Windows 10 with windows update but gave errors so I tried host refresh. I added the KB4343909 update and it said that the item was already existing. It wasnt present in the list, neither it was installed by windows update.

Huh, thanks for the report, that's new.

Will send you a private message with a version which logs more around that area.
