Which of these can I delete and keep the file explorer working, because when I deleted both of them, the file explorer would freeze when copying, moving or anything I did?

Interesting. Try removing only the legacy one.
Which version of Windows is that, I see mention of 22651, a Win11 23H2 Beta?
I would like to test and replicate that before you spend time, and protect the component in time.

Thanks.

This print was from a YouTube video that is not mine, but the items are the same. I'll wait for the new version to install again, thank you!

The File Explorer extensions seems to be more important than before since Win11 23H2.
It was marked red in the beta, will have to merge to stable soon.
For now, if using a preset, make sure to re-check (keep) File Explore Extensions before applying.

File Explorer (legacy) can now be deflated with the stable w11 23h2 (with the beta Explorer showed some "indecisions" until the next restart...)
