You've gone too far with removals and got rid if some crucial component. List your removals or attach your preset xml file and perhaps someone will be able to identify the culprit.

Did you use an already modded image (Tiny11)? It's always best to load a clean Windows ISO, so you know exactly what has been changed by NTLite. Otherwise it's difficult to track down the problems.
