[FIXED]All troubleshoot assistant crash when telemetry client removed

Hi, when i remove telemetry client (before named asimov ) all troubleshoot assistant don't work
example in picture.
I select random wizard and i have this error (for all wizard )
Problem present on 1903/1809 (and probably previous version ) View attachment 1847
