(FIXED) Remove Reinstalls not working on v2026.4.10961

As the title says the remove reinstalls is not working. Even after leaving it for 1 hour it's stuck and this has happened on both Windows 11 25H2 and Windows 11 Iot 24H2, its just stuck at the screen as in the screenshot. However if i use an older version of NTlite (2026.1.1.10761) it works but on the latest version it's just stuck.
