Flickering of the second screen when minimizing or maximizing the game.

I made a custom build using NTLite – I'll attach the presets below.
Build version 24h2.
When I minimize or maximize the game, my second monitor starts flickering, turning black for a second – as if it’s turning off and on during that time.

However, on the default Windows version, I don’t have this issue with minimizing or maximizing, and there's no flickering.
Does anyone know what’s causing this problem and which setting might be responsible for it?

In the photo, we can see how the second screen flickered and turned black for 1 second. This happens every time I minimize or maximize the game.
However, on the default Windows version, the screen does not flicker.
I’d like to understand this to fix my build.View attachment 13114

How are the three presets being used? Is this a scenario where you process XML 1, then on the same image do XML 2, then XML 3? The target computer changes between preset 1 and 2 in the files. Or did you try all 3 presets individually and the problem exists on them all? Are there other tweaks, scripts, or tools being used, such as registry files. What I'm thinking should be the first step is to make sure everything is consolidated.

I would start by installing a default copy of W11 24H2 on your host machine with the same language as the target machine. For example, right now you're using a Russian W11 23H2 to target a W10 22H2 English machine and a W11 24H2 English machine. Also update NTLite to the latest version, especially because 24H2 just released and so far Microsoft has made it a buggy and annoying mess, so you'll want all the NTLite patches. Next, merge the XML presets into a single file and use that to make a new Windows image to install and test.

Also, how are drivers being handled on these machines? Are you manually installing them, letting Windows Update do it, etcetera. Black screen types of issues are generally driver related. Keep in mind that dual monitors has always been a problem for companies like Nvidia and Microsoft, and it can present some really strange and niche bugs at time, so this may not be rooted in a tweaking issue, just exposed by it.

It's most probably 24H2 or display drivers, nothing to do with NTLite edits.
I remember seeing something about black screen on 24H2, like this.

Gave a glance to all 3 presets loaded at once, and other than the disabled setting: "Let apps run in the background", there is nothing out of the ordinary.
I recommend not to disable that setting just in case.
