Getting "Incomplete" status on Download Updates tool

Hi folks,

Does anyone know why I am getting this incomplete status while downloading Windows Terminal update?
This is a 25H2 fresh ISO, with no previous updates downloaded. It was also happening on 24H2 iso.
I have tried to delete the update and download again, but keeping getting the same error. Maybe a checksum error?
Also, i am getting this duplicated update on "Superseded" group. The same update is above at the App & features.

Thank you, I left the previous version verification info, corrected now in the online update list.
