What features or services modifications in NTlite cause getting ready loop

OOBE (Out of Box Experience) is trying to update over the network, and failing.
If you're new to this forum, it really helps to share your Windows image edition, NTLite version and attach a copy of your preset file.

It was the IIS component removal and MSMQ HTTP Support.
Either don't remove IIS, or don't enable MSMQ HTTP Support.

To confirm this dependency, see it in optionalfeatures on the already installed machine, the IIS gets enabled with it.

Will fix it so that MSMQ HTTP feature is disabled if IIS pending removal.
