So, I download an untouched image. Run through NTLITE to remove everything I don't need. Mount in Hyper-V. Install everything I need. Convert to WIM. Run back through NTLITE and sysprep?
If you want the capture image route, it is ok, with the notion that I would update the OS in the first run with the removal.
Updates page - Add latest updates.
And Sysprep goes before capturing to WIM.
If it's possible to add your custom steps to the Post-setup page, then no need for capturing and mounting, just NTLite single session straight to ISO.
