I have the "Windows Feature Experience Pack - Desktop" component removed in my NTLite preset for Windows 11 v22631.2428, but after a clean install I can still see Dev Home, Get Started, and Windows Backup in the start menu app list. When I right-click one of them and go to app settings it says the total usage 0 bytes... any idea how to fix these leftovers?

Your build is a fake (22631.2428), dosn't even exist in the official timeline of official Windows builds, devs, betas, og GACs.
On the other hand think nuhi still trying to find out how to remove individual (cr)apps from exp packs, core or desktop.

22631.2428 is the GA for 23H2, but rumored only for OEM usage because it's not officially released to Retail.

Oops! Sorry that was a typo, I meant to say v22621.2428: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...621-2428-ecc07685-218f-4ba9-b3c8-fe2e35059aec

That said, I'm sure nuhi is working on figuring out how to remove exp features without compromising other features.

btw installing the 23H2 Enablement Feature on top of 22621, switches it to 22631. That's because 23H2 has been hiding inside 22H2 CU's for the past few months.
