NTLite doesn't support adding any ESU updates (W7 thru W10) to an offline image. ESU is considered a licensed Windows feature, and intended to be applied to a live system.
There are other technical methods, like capturing a sysprepped W10 ESU system or using a W10 ESU script written by abbodi (you can search online for it). We can't discuss the scripts here because of DMCA concerns.
After an image has been updated, you're free to load it into NTLite for further modding.
