How do I get this Windows installation screen to appear in NTLite?

This is where the text "Repair the Computer" appears.
As shown in the attached image below.

I've already changed almost all the settings and nothing appears when the screen appears during the beginning of the installation, it jumps straight to the screen for choosing disks for installation.

The only way to see this Repair option is NOT to use Unattended mode. Having an answer file causes Setup to skip certain screens.
