There's two issues with running a SFX installer in Post-Setup (unless you're in After-logon mode).
The SFX .exe must be run with a silent extract option, which depends on what tool (WinRAR or 7-Zip) was used to create the SFX. The two apps don't share the same silent arguments. After the payload is extracted to a temp folder, the actual setup program may need its own silent installer option.
As clarensio points out, it may be easier to manually extract the SFX's archive and add this temp folder to Post-Setup so it's copied to the target PC. Then you can add a Post-Setup command to launch the actual setup program from the folder.
