How to disable phone calls on the Windows' Setttings app's Privacy tab on NTLite?

On NTLite how can I disable phone calls on Windows' Settings app's Privacy tab? It's the only setting NTLite can't disable on it (or if it can, it isn't working).

I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.

EDIT: Feature added on the latest NTLite version.
