How to disable Windows 11 SPECTRE mitigations

Hi, my goal is to disable the spectre mitigations specifically "STIBP", I'm on ryzen 5000 using win 11. Are the components below relevant to this or are they related to something else entirely? I tried the registry modifications suggested by microsoft but single thread indirect branch predictor mitigation is still active.
Components:

Processor microcode update (AMD)
Processor microcode update (Intel)
Processor microcode update - Servicing
