How to include registry key in an installation, what am I doing wrong ?

I tried to include it via post-setup and directly into registry. Neither of those work. I even tried to call powershell script, not working.
I don't understand what I doing wrong, I builded an image with different combinations at least 20 times.

I'm including both of the xml settings.

Add the command to 4 or 7 in the answer file:

Add a Custom Command to an Answer File

If that doesn't work, there could be a problem in the script or powershell isn't working.
