I would love to know if there is a way to get back some deleted components from a host live system, like (see image below) and if its even doable via host-refresh?

PS: The image attached is the attempt to restore back the "Rich text processing element" which I have somewhat accidentally removed to much via host-change, and I try to get it back via what i could figure out to work with a host refresh with a fresh 23H2.iso but I am not sure how this really work and I would like to ask before i accidentally do something worse than before..
