How to perfectly close the Win11 Taskbar Action Center

I found that turning off some of the fod functions will cause the taskbar to force the Action Center to be displayed

In only the streamlined system start menu will also result in the same forced display operation in
(No other components are streamlined)

Although using DISM++ can close the operation center, it will cause volume and network click invalidation

Windows Feature Experience Pack is where Start Menu lives. It's not really "optional" for W11.
