How to permanently remove these partitions

how to remove these drives permanently:
Drive 0 Partition 1
Drive 0 Partition 2
Drive 0 Partition 3

also i like how my fresh install auto activates windows license , will removing these affect that usability ? , if not id like to get rid of them and use the 600 mb in question. how to go about it ?View attachment 2238
 
If i am correct you have installed in UEFI mode and they prolly cant be deleted. You would need to reinstall in MBR mode.

EDIT: i do delete them everytime while fresh install , and that does not remove windows auto activating , but they come back
 
If you use Rufus to create install media select MBR in 1 of the drop down menus, when you select the boot drive during setup you will usually see 2 entris for a usb key, 1 will say "sandisk cruzer blade" for exmaple or "uefi - sandisk cruzer blade" or similar.
Select the entry without uefi.
